These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexvort Aura ("the Service"), operated by Nexvort. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Nexvort Aura is a SaaS platform designed for beauty and grooming businesses. The platform provides tools for appointment management, staff operations, inventory, point of sale, and reporting.
2. Subscriptions
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices, plan tiers, and billing cycles are listed on the pricing page. Nexvort reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
3. Data & Privacy
Each tenant's operational data is stored in an isolated database. Nexvort does not access tenant operational data except for technical support purposes with explicit tenant consent, and with an audit-logged session.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including unauthorized access to other tenants' data, reverse engineering, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
