1. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email, business name, and billing details provided during signup.

Usage data: Aggregated, anonymized metrics about platform usage (number of sessions, feature usage frequency). No raw operational data is collected at the platform level.

Communications: Messages sent via the contact form.

2. Tenant Data Isolation

Each tenant's operational data (customer records, appointments, invoices, staff data) is stored in a dedicated isolated database. Nexvort cannot query this data on the platform's hot path. Access is only possible via an audited, consent-based support session.

3. Data Retention

Active subscriptions retain all data. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Export is available at any time before deletion.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage (language, currency). No third-party advertising cookies are used.
